Dips Do the do it for you? :D?!


Question: They have for me. I noticed (this is from the past like 8 months ago) they nearly doubled my tri size, and essenstially made my arms stronger and noticably stronger in a month. I do them in high reps with diffrent styles. Who else enjoys the dips and why.

i love dips but i do them weighted for my chest.. i'm only 5'5" 150 but i put 20-30 pounds on a belt and do them like that.... works great

I'm glad I read this post because I never did dips very much. But I think I'll start. I can use some more size in my triceps.

i do dips last.. because anything more than 12 or 14 reps and your just getting a temporary pump. If you want real size, you also have to increase the weight. I love tricep overhead extensions (2 handed). I worked my way up to 120's. I do this first cuz it's the most challenging. Then i do cable pushdowns, (regular grip, close grip and wide grip).. by that time my tri's are pretty fried... so when i do dips last it's a lot more challenging. i rep out as many as i can... love it.
