What is the quickest way to lose 10 pounds?!


Question: i am like 95 % body fat.No lie.I am so frustrated i am ready to just stop eating.Reducing my calorie intake i did lose like 5 pounds but quickly gained it back because i am one of the biggest binge eaters ever.Its sad that i can't eat the way my friends eat and so i'm in denial and i eat that way which isn't even that bad, you know some sweets once in a while, and carbs and what not.I gain like 10 pounds a week.I gain weight really quickly.Maybe like a pound a day.Lately i haven't been watching my calorie intake and i've been eating so horribly.I used to be super skinny and never realized what a struggle losing weight really is.Its a damn war.I've gotten to the point where i can't even look at myself in the mirror anymore.I need help.People tell me i'm not fat and we're in this time where fat is supposed to be beautiful.But its not.I feel horrible and i want my clothes to fit.Please give me some tips other than just diet and exercise. Be specific and give me something different. Thanks

Considering that you used to be "super skinny", as you say, and now you're gaining weight very rapidly, I would suggest you see a doctor and a nutritionist. They can work together to figure out what's going on with your metabolism and create a food plan that's appropriate for you. You ask for people to tell you something other than "diet and exercise", but that's pretty much all people are going to tell you on here, because that's basically it. The problem is, too many people think about "going on a diet", as opposed to changing their lifestyle overall. You have to change what you do on an everyday basis. But you need to know where to begin and that's really the hard part. That's where the doctor, the nutritionist and hopefully even a personal trainer come in. What's right for Susan's body is not the same as what's right for Belinda's body which is not the same as what's right for Ted's body. Do you see what I'm saying? Before you get started changing your life, I really do think it's important that you see a doctor and have a workup. There could be some hormonal/endocrine imbalances that are playing a part in your weight gain and you're going to need to know that first.
Best of luck in your journey and try to remember that just because you've gained a few pounds doesn't mean you aren't beautiful. It's okay not to be happy or content with your body the way it is now, but it's still beautiful. Try to love your body now, even though your goal is to change it. Try to appreciate and see the beauty in some of the things it might have in the moment, because these things may be lessened when you lose the weight that you want. A fuller chest, more voluptuous curves, etc. Maybe one day you'll be a stick figure again, but until then, love what you've got and learn to be proud of who you are, not the body you're walking around in.

I thaught the most fat percentage you can have is 50% body fat.. I dont think your literaly 95% body fat..

Im only eating 700 calories a day, when i should be eating 2311, or 1811.. i love food, but im trying to give MOST if it up..
