How much would I lose if I did this??!
Question: For my gender, age, weight, height, and activity level, I should be eating 2311 calories a day. But on the WWW.theloseweightdiet.COM site says to eat 500 LESS, and you will lose weight. BUT- I think 1811 calories is still too much. Today I woke up a little late (2:40pm) and around 3:15, I had my "breakfast", and I had my supper just now. But all together, I only had 645 calories.
Should I be getting more, since I SHOULD be getting 1811, or is eating 1611 calories LESS bad for me?
Since it's March break, we got over 2 weeks off, and I want to try getting a few pounds off.. by doing this, would it help with about 30 mins of activity a day??
WHAT CAN I DO?
I'm good at helping OTHERS to try losing weight, but its HARDER for ME to use my help on MYSELF!!
What do you think I should do??

the less calories eaten is better! Becuase if you exercise its harder to burn!
BUT DO NOT FORGET TO EAT:
meat
dairy products
veggies
fruits
Also if your on a diet take vitamins (not diet pills)!!!

By the way 3500 calories = 1 pounds, so if everyday for one week you eat 500 less, youll loose a pound, ofcuarse if you exercise it becomes more!
500 is a good amount to start off with. Please don't try to get ahead of yourself by eating less than 1800 calories a day. I know it sounds like a lot, but it isn't.

the very minimum you should eat is 1200 otherwize your metabolism slow cuz it thinks there is a famin the reason why the website says that is so you wouldn't gain weight when you go back to eating normally think about it if you spend a month on 1200 calories a day than start eating 2200 calories or vise versa your body may get a shock
