Is this enoght o bulk up?!


Question: im a beginer at wieght lifting...im 125 pounds..5 foot 8 inches
i max out at 105 pounds..is this workout good?
bench press 65 pounds 3sets 12,10,6
incline bench press 65 pounds 3 sets 10,10,8
close press 50 pounds 3 sets 8,8,6
military press 40 pouns 3 sets 10 reps
barbell curl 3 sets 10 reps 45 pounds
leg extensions 3 sets 20 reps 30 pounds
squats 4 sets. 70 pounds 12,12,12,12,
upright rows 3 sets 8reps
at the end of workout i eat 20 to 40 grams of protein

is this enough....give suggestions

no offense bro but that's an awful workout... ur trying to work 3/4 of your body in one day and that's probably the worst way you can do it. Try breaking days up into muscle groups and concentrate just one one or two groups. make sure you get plenty of rest

Wow thats intense If you dont gain muscle I'll be really surprised.
Just make sure your resting a day in between each work out inorder to give your body enough time to recover and build from your last work out its what I do. Also try and work out all your body parts and add some cardio to burn some fat as well. Keep up the great work!
