It would probably be the same. There woul still be self esteem issues and eating disorders Everyone would want to be thinner than everyone else and instead of girls trying to be a size zero they'd want to be a triple zero or something.
I think we'd be more involved with outdoor activity. I don't think we'd drive around as much either.
