Start by eating coloured vegetables. Wholewheat grains. Drink Water 60% No fat Milk 30% 10% Fruit Juices. Fruit Juices in the morning. All fruits consumed in the morning and lunch only. Low or no complex carbs @ dinner. Snacks nuts and seeds. Low fat plain natural yogurt (as in no fake sugar substitutes). Eat organic whole wheat pasta. wild/brown rice. millet. oatmeal. buckwheat pancakes. egg whites (omelets) boiled/grilled chicken. fish. olive oils poly 3 and 6 oils. organic natural peanut butter.
Try eating large salads as a main meal for dinners. Vegatarian sandwiches using different kinds of multigrain or whole wheat bread. Vegatable soups. Eat portioned meals. Double your veggies to lean protein.
Most importantly be active. Don't let bad food be a part of your thinking. Watch less commercials. Walk. Walk. Walk.
3500kcal = 1 lb of fat so drop 500kcal a day from your diet to lose 1lb of fat a week
Try to eat 6 small meals a day rather than 3 large meals to help keep your metabolism going
Avoid sugary carbs
Try to avoid having high carbs and high fat in the same meal
