What are the Pros/Cons of VITAMIN E? does it take effect if I only take it twice!


Question: I've heard that our body only needs 30 IU everyday, and some vitamin E has 300IU / 400 IU in it. does it affect if i only take it twice a week? does it still have effect?

Well your body needs all vitamins to function, I'm guessing your taking vitamins? The bad thing about Vitamin E is that its a fat soluble vitamin and not a water vitamin like Vitamin C. Excess fat soluble vitamins will be stored in fat, which if taken very excessively, can be toxic, unlike water soluble vitamins, if you take 300% of Vitamin C, your body will only hold its max limit, and the rest of the 200% will leave the body threw urination.

in a study on smokers and non smokers in Finland ,
they found out with a big surprise ,== that the smokers .
who where taking daily supply of a high dose of VITAMIN E, had a higher rate of lung cancer = than those smokers who did not take a supply of VITAMIN E at all .
with the non smokers there where no advantage or disadvantage in body health by taking VITAMIN E - to be seen .
