Question: i am trying to build muscle and mass and mostly muscle size ans strength. the label says

First, my credentials: A Certified Advanced Personal Trainer (CaPT) through the AFPA. Also, an AAS in biochemistry, one year out from a BS.

Ignoring all the super-hype and skilled advertising, BSN is generally great stuff. One of the best in the industry, hence their relationship with guys like Ronnie Coleman and other superstar bodybuilders, as well as some tennis players and triathletes (meaning they don't just target meatheads; there's some effort for performance beyond max rep weight).

Furthermore, I have taken and continue to take CellMass. It's my favorite creatine for many reasons.

Old-school creatine monohydrate works fine, but it makes you swell up like a balloon, requires loading and unloading, and for many, causes stomach cramps.

The "CEM3" in CellMass is Creatine Ethyl Ester Maleate. The main thing you're gonna need to remember with CEE is, it breaks down quick which is why some studies label it ineffective. However, while true to an extent, if you follow the directions on the label, that's not an issue.

CellMass contains some additives to aid absorption before breakdown, provided you follow the label by drinking it ON AN EMPTY STOMACH.

You take one scoop in water or juice, twice daily:

Once, IMMEDIATELY following your workout. The reason for this is, also within about a half hour from a workout, you need protein, or you negate some of your possible gains. So have CellMass premixed, and chug it, so that 20-30 minutes from then, you can have your protein shake.

The other, six to eight hours from the other. Whether this is 6-8hrs. earlier or 6-8hrs. later is dependent on when you worked out. It's not a huge thing, but your post-workout testosterone spike during which alot of the anabolism occurs will be more pronounced if you work out earlier in the day, and leave the second serving of CellMass for right before bed. However you do it, though, remember it too must be taken on a COMPLETELY EMPTY STOMACH. Otherwise, it'll sit there too long and break down rather then entering your bloodstream via the intestine. It should be several hours since you ate, and it better not have been anything too heavy (a big meal like a burger and fries, or steak and potatoes, can sit there for hours into the double digits!). (But you should be sticking to mostly protein shakes and small meals spread throughout the day anyway.)

If this is too complicated, stick to a simpler creatine, like Creatine monohydrate, which can be taken anytime, mixed with shakes, etc. Otherwise, go for it. It's a great product.

anything will work, as long as you work out as hard as possible... but if you think just because you're taking that you don't have to work as hard than you're sadly mistaken

Don't use it before and after, that's hazardous. I would go with after because from my knowledge of creatine, it sounds like it makes more sense. Creatine phosphate is what is useful for energy, so I'd assume that the creatine needs time to bond with the phosphates already in your body.
