Is this a good exercise plan...?!
Question: exersize - hour of tennis a day, walking for a hour twice a day, and a hour at the gym occasionaly
and for dieting just eating sensibly and drinking only water, vitimin water, gatorade, and coke.
would the tennis help lose weight in my thighs and arms?

well that plan is ok, you should exercises w/o overworking your body. while your body exercises you need to eat FOOD to maintain a healthy body. eat fruits and vegetables and protein. it you only drink that is not gonna do ya good. EAT FOOD AND DONT OVERWORK YOUR BODY and REALLY avoid fats. they are worse than sugars
It's good to stay hydrated but it is possible to drink too much water. Be careful and try light weights while you're walking.
Ankle and hand weights.
