leg lefts until failure
leg holds until failure
couch situps until failure (3)
couch situp holds until failure (3)
push-ups until failure (3)
and bent-over twists (3)

until u can't friggin do it no more! That's how i got my lean muscle on my arms!

once is probably enough.

However, you are not really working out your back, biceps, shoulders or chest at all.

For this resistance trainin routine, do it everyday is good-if you're not doin any heavy gym workout at all.
