1 gram of protein for every pound of bodyweight. So in your case you're looking at around 160 grams a day.

You won't bulk just by taking protein, you'd bulk by taking protein and doing lots of heavy lifting. So if you're looking for tone, reduce the weights and simply do more reps.

I think its like your body weight + 12 grams so in your case probaly 172 grams of protein a day but Im not completely sure. Good luck with the training!

The minimum amount of protein you need is about 1/2 your body weigh in grams, or about 80 grams per day if you weight 159. You can eat up to 159grams if you are a serious bodybuilder but you won't bulk up unless you work out.

Protein isn't just about muscles. Your hair, nails, skin, and eyes are made of protein. So are the cells that make up the liver, kidneys, heart, lungs, nerves, brain, and your sex glands. The body's most active protein users are the hormones secreted from the various glands -- thyroxin from the thyroid, insulin from the pancreas, and a variety of hormones from the pituitary -- as well as the soft tissues, hard-working major organs and muscles. They all require the richest stores of protein.

Easy, just don't pay attention to protien until you get the urge to want to eat salty things often. Then add some. I'd say stick to cross training and let protein come when it does..
