How much would a new bench, bar, and plates cost for a bench press cuz mine suck!

Question: Ok im 16 years old work out normally but now that im getting stronger my bench press pretty much sucks ***. its really old so when i have heavier weights it will shake sometimes. my bar is like 10-15 lbs and i only have two 25lb weights, a couple 10 and 5 pound plates, and a lot of 2 1/2 lb plates. so yeah most of it is too light weight and i cant put too much weight on it cuz like i said it will shake a little (the bench). i wanna get the bench press like the ones in gyms and what body builders use (45 lb bar and stuff). just like the one we have at my school the bench is very strong, the bar is 45lbs, there are plenty of 45 and 35 lbs plates and plenty of the ones above also. i want a bench press like that but i dont know how much all of that would cost cuz u know parents they hate buying expensive things but let me know

Ah lol funny thing, my mom just ordered a bench we went to walmart and analyzed it. There are cheap benchs but you gotta watch out, if they are actually decent, there is one, that looks good but it's a total rip off cus the bar. SR or SX 20 is good thing to get. It's got a 600lb limit and a 300lb weight limit for the user. It's nothing more than 150-160 dollars, now a decent 45 or 55lb (thats the best bar to use) bar can range from 30-60 dollars, get a 6ft one they are probably the best to use far as putting weights on..

So the total cost shouldn't exceed over 230 dollars, and for that matter make sure your getting the right bench becuase you can eaisly get gipped and get a crappy one like the one you've described.. MuscleTech makes benchs n stuff they mite be a little more expensive most of the time..

weights around here are about a buck a pound.
7' Olympic bar - 90$
I recommend an adjustable bench that you can use flat, incline, and military positions. and a cage. (allows you to do all barbell exercises like squats, flat and incline bench, and military press without having someone spot for you.)
