Hows my diet plan sound?!


Question: 100 calories a day for 4 days, 1500 the other three, and I exercise at least 3 times a week? Is that good? Don't say "thats bad, or just do weight watchers, or your gonna die" ok, and I'm also gonna eat limited amounts of fat anyway, so hows that sound? I'm a vegetarian and also have asthma!

Try this.
You eat 5 to 6 times a day. 3 of those meals consist of one protein, one carb, and a vegetable. The other 3 'meals' can be a yogurt, power drink, power bar something along those lines.
This will bring your metabolism up.
You exercise strength train (weights) 3 days a week.
3 days a week you do aerobics for at least 20 minutes.
The aerobics bring your metabolism up, the strength training builds muscle...which burns fat.
On the 7th day you eat whatever you want and don't exercise.
You do it for 12 weeks.

You can do it whenever you feel the need, you don't have to change your life forever.
