How can I loose weight in 2 months?!


Question: Hey well summer is coming up and I want to loose 20 pounds because I am not the skinniest girl around but I am not fat either in the middle I guess but if you can give me some workout ideas that would be great!

Eat healthy and RUN! Actually....my spouse and I are challenging another couple to see who can loose the most weight over the next 2 months.

u should work hard ,, really hard ,, make exercises ,, or buy sport machines !! that's all wat i can say ,, with my best wishes !

Run every morning before eating!!!! You will get more results compared to running any other time of a day!!!! Running in da morning hellps a lot!!!! and, eat less sweets and stuff like that, Drink more water!!!! Make ur food at home, cuz the ones u purchase in da store are verry high in colesterol and+++they have these different spices etc added to them that will cause u gain waight.....

i would balance cardio 70% of your work out and try to keep your heart rate above 130 and below 150ish that is optimum fat burning stage . then do lighter weights for the other 30% with 15-20 reps per set. pick up some work out mag's to find a routine you like and they have eating tips as well .like try to keep your fat intake to less then 15 grams per day and eat smaller meals more often to increase your metabolism so you burn more fat .20 pounds is a lot to loose so you will have to work hard so hit the gym 4 days a week ...good luck
