How many more pounds do I need...?!


Question: to lose to make my stomach concave and my thighs to be thin and my hips to be a lot smaller? About 30 to 35 pounds is what I'm thinking. What is your estimate?

you look pretty thin already to me... i would suggest not losing any but i guess you won't listen to that... i guess i'll just say don't lose too much weight :s

in your picture you look fine.but if you really want get thiner thights smaller hips and a nicer stomach you should excersise and eat healthy, but for you tummy do some ab excercises like the crunch.

You don't need to lose any; in my opinion, you look perfect.

Not to mention, even if you lost that much (which would leave you looking pretty emaciated), your hips wouldn't be any narrower, because they're determined by the width of your pelvis.
