Is it bad to work out late at night? Say 10:00 - 11:00 P.M.? A serious Aerobic W!

Question: no, its fine.

But keep in mind you probably won't be able to sink into sleep for about 2 hours past your workout.

No, it's perfectly fine. I sometimes have to fit my workouts at 10, 11, 12.... even 1 in the a.m.! But it still helps you lose weight. Don't worry about it.

It would be fine. If you could though you should exercse in the morning. If you exercise in the morning the your whole day will be better. It makes me feel good if I do that. It wakes you up too.

Depends on the rest of your schedule....like, what time you eat dinner, what time you will go to bed and wake up, etc. etc. Won't hurt, if you eat dinner at a "normal" time, like around 6 to 7, and wait about an hour before going to bed, to give your body time to cool down....then get at least 7-8 hours of good sleep before starting the day.

Working out is better in the morning because it jump starts your metabolism.

When you're getting ready to go to sleep, the body slows metabolism, alertness, heart rate, and circulation, and working out causes this process to reverse so you may stay awake for longer.
Besides possibly having a little trouble sleeping it should be alright.
