I am planning to lose weight and need help calculating how much I need to lose.?!


Question: I know I'm not terribly overweight, but I definitely want to shed some pounds and get into shape. Right now, I am 5'3" and 125lbs. I am thinking about buying an elliptical machine that will work the entire body, and joining that with a healthier eating plan. If anyone could tell me how much weight I need to lose that would put me at a healthy range, that would be great. I'll award them 10pts.

if you needed to lose weight.
but you don't 5pounds tops!
ride you bike like 5miles everyday,
and you will shed those 5lbs fast! .
I like the workout machine idea=]

5-10 pounds atmost
. then jsut workout abs and legs you'll be looking good.

u need to lose about 5 pounds: do yoga every day for 5 minutes and discipline urself to have big meals insted of snax.. i just did it and lost 5 pounds. evrytime u see a snak distract urself. it rly works!
