I used to be pretty heavy in HS so I totally know how you feel. I hated my body as well, so I got into sports and started eating tiny natural meals a day. Overall I lost 35 lbs in one year and it felt great to finally be one of the skinny girls in my group of friends! The exercise actually gave me tons of energy and seeing all my progress was a huge confidence booster.

It's not going to happen right away, but if you make a plan and stick to it you'll feel so much better about yourself, trust me! :D

watch that show with that gay guy that shows you how

get of your Ar..se and get out walking joggin swimming

Dear DS01 have u heard the saying " Negative voice/ energy projected in the universe brings the negativity on u..." If u want to lose weight u need to feed ur body! With 5 or 6 small, healthy meals and walking 10,000 (build up to it) brisk steps a day. Cardio one day, Weight training another and giving your body a rest, then back to Cardio, Weight training. Trying to build muscle so that u increase fat burning potential. Drinking water instead of soda, tea and other junk drinks... Taking a daily supplement and learning to destress. Not only will you loose, your body will start using food as fuel and not storage.

U didn't get to the weight in a day so be realistic about expectations.
