usually takes around 20+ mins till your body knows that you're full. so if u eat fast in 15 minutes, u wouldn't feel full and therefore eat more.

Sorry, you got it backwards. Eating slowly gives your body time to register that it is full, so you should eat less, and hopefully, lose weight.

When you eat slow, you will full after eating less food. I think it's because your body has more time to digest. Also, they say your brain takes a while to let you know you are not hungry anymore, if we eat fast, we don't give our body the chance to get that info. to our brain.
