Tips to have a more defined physique? (Picture Inside)?!


Question: Okay I know I'm not "fat", but I would like to tone up my body a bit more. I need to know exactly what exercises I can do, and diet-wise, what too eat. I'm not looking to bulk up with muscle, but rather, I'm looking for definition and tone.

My stats will help you out hopefully.

Height: 5'8
Weight: 115
Build: Thin

I'd try some cardio and eat anything healthy full of protein and carbs. Drink water obviously. Sit ups, crunches ( I know you've prolly heard all this before but it helps). Raise the ammount of sit ups and cruches every 2 days or so. And do push ups , these will help build up core strength and more defining tone.

Lots of strength training. And maybe some cardio if you want.
