How do i make my legs skinnier?!


Question: My upper body is nice and slim, but my legs are SO huge,
My whole body looks unproportional because the top is skinny, and the bottom is large...i really want to get them skinnier/longer.
I can't wear shorts or anything because im too embarassed to show off my legs. I run every single day and i used to play soccer for seven years, so i know its not fat...its just TONS of muscle. How do i tone it down?
I can't wear the jeans i want either because my thighs are huge and my calves barely fit.

Join the club.Welll...If you look up "10 top workouts" on Google, then it should have alot of leg workouts.

im clueless the stepper or the bike at the gym , or the one like ur standing but moving ur legs in a circular motion,

you should probably relax more, do less workouts and just do nothing for a couple of days.

just make sure you dont accidentily gain fat from that so i just suggest you do small workouts to tone down the muscle and also keep the fat off :)

ugh, i'm in the same situation you are in
if you're going to run, keep it under 40 minutes
or you could try pilates as an alternative
