Any tips for my tummy??!


Question: ok im 15 only 97 pounds and im 5 1 i no im small but i have a health problem i have an over active thyroid but im getting help with that but the question i have a little "pudge" in my lower tummy area is there any good way to get rid of that thats the only place im not really happy with and i no i dont need to loose weight but im trying to gain muscle so if any one could tell me some exercises to do that would be amazing

crunches and situps and here's the best one that i find amazing, i'll try to explain it the best i can. First sit on the floor, next bend your legs so they aren't completely tucked together abd still ahve space, lean back as far as possible, then move your shoulders and twist your body from side to side, a little bit of this an you'll feel the burn in no time, plus it really helps because you can feel it working in your ab area.

belly dancing is amazing!
It works your core and tightens you butt :D
You'll see a difference in two weeks most if you dance for 30 minutes a day. :D
