Gatorade. It is supposedly better for you health if you exercise over an hour compared to the Powerade.
In addition, it doesn't have as much sugar and Red 40. Red 40 isn't good for the eyesight.
I'm a hardcore fan of Gatorade! I love it!
Gatorade has the best flavors. Never did care for powerade.
