Loose belly fat?!

Question: i'm about 5'3 and 113 lbs. I wouldn't say i'm fat becuase i have really skinny legs and i'm skinny all over except for my belly. I have a lot of belly fat (its not very noticeable but it is noticeable)

I'm small framed so if i gain even a little bit of weight, it shows...a lot. I'm a dancer and have been dancing since i was three and i do a lot of crunches but i still have this belly fat. and i do different kinds of crunches too.

does anyone have any ways (that they have actually tried and are SURE that they work) to loose belly fat besides crunches and sit-ups? thank you. i'll choose a best answer.

ps.NATURAL ways. i'm a kid and i'm not going to the hospital to have surgery to loose 10 pounds of belly fat.

Your first two answers could be the ones............At the same time I may have additiional information.........
My husbands cousin was a dance instructor all her life. She owned her own studio......
She was always thin like you......I asked her about my own weight for my health.....What impressed me was the fact that she said, " do you notice my stomach pouch?" And I said yes, but why since you dance everyday do you have one??
And she told me that everyone's body is different........Some women have "flat" stomachs naturally.........They may never get a pouch as long as they keep their weight the same......and eat healthy all their life.......
...She is at least 60 now and she eats healthy, fruit, vegetables, red meat 1 time a week, chicken and fish 2 times each a week........She makes home-made vegetable soup. etc. And she said she walks everyday if weather lets her for at least 30 minutes one way then turns around and goes home.....1 hour of exercise everyday.......
So if you follow her lead, you may have a pouch all your life just because, but you will be healthy and thin.....good luck.

Here are some ab workouts that work really well for me:
Sitting on the ground on your back, put your legs straight up in the air (or at a small angle, depending on your flexibility). Then, reach your arms up to your shoelaces (without bending legs). This is kind of like a sit up, but works even more muscles.
Another one:
If you have an exercise ball, roll it under your stomach. Then, crawl your hands away from the ball until it is just below your knees (and your hands are on the ground). Stay in this position for about 15 seconds, then roll back. Do this four times.
Hopefully those were pretty easy to understand. Just so you know, you can't loose fat in one specific area-it will come off everywhere. So unless your diet is filled with junk, don't change your eating habits. I don't think you need to loose fat, but rather you need to tone.
=)

an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture, for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you will damage your back and spine!
Slowly move the upper part of your body back, until it's parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times.
Every week add to the number of repetitions.
You will see the results in a week, guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat - if you have any - six pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these crunches - I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

what you need is a total body workout. don't target your abs... you must increase your muscle mass and automatically it well melts your fats including your fats in your belly. By doing so, you will also increase your metabolism and makes your fat lose more easier. The best exercise is anaerobics or resistance training...
