How long does it take to become less noticeable?!

With proper exercise and healthy eating, how long can it take for cellulite to "disappear"?
Im 5' and 128 lbs
Cellulite is very very noticeable in my legs and bum especially when I bend down. I have 3 months to get rid of it. Help!

-Stay away from Red meats,all red meats!

Cellulite is caused by two things, 1) Fatty tissue and 2) Connective tissue.
