Yeah it's good,an important part of working out is adiquate rest, take some protein before you do go to sleep though and some amino acids because those muscles will be begging for it and muscle takes in alot of protiens while you're sleeping so it's good but you have to do that or the muscle will go unfed, anytime longer than half an hour is too late to feed the muscle, you dont have to eat a meal but make sure you get some protien in them before you go to sleep and make sure you eat when you do wake up especially if you're lifting for muscle mass

EDIT: Actually one of my secrets for working out supplements
is mix in a box of brownie mix with your Whey Protein or just regular protein... trust me

yeah its fine

So long as you feed your body back what it needs from when you worked out, yes. Don't wait too long however, once your body is tired and thirsting for nutrients, you want it in FAST. That's the healthiest way to do it, and your body will love you.

Yeah. If you are tired after you work out, then it's best that your body rests. There is nothing wrong with that.

yeah it's ok

It's ok but you should have a small snack like an apple or orange

Heck yeah! YOU JUST WORKED THE SNOT OUT OF YOU! You deserve some you and your dreams time!

that seems ok but you need to feed youself it wont turn into fat becuase you burned all that energy at work sleep does so much but make you more alert again sleep is for your brain but hey what about your body give it a nice can of healthy soup or veggies and a pbnj for some protein!

Well, the math doesn't add up... but I'll ignore that. It's imperative that you refuel with a protein shake or at a big glass of milk or something. However, after that, your body will repair just fine asleep or awake.

That's the simple answer. Technically, the testosterone spike that causes hypertrophy (muscle repair and building) works better when you're awake, but you don't strike me as that heavy or hardcore a lifter.

Also, there are many health reasons to get a solid 7 or 8 hours, rather than split it up. If you've already got the 7 hours, then you work out, then you want to nap for a bit, laziness aside (and I'm always energized, not tired, post-workout), that's fine.

So long as you get all the rest your body needs, it's all good.

You need to get at least 3-4 hours of sleep at one time. So long as you get that, and enough extra sleep that you're well rested (7-8 hours total), you can work out whenever you want.

It is okay but I don't recommend just getting up and working out. Your joints and ligaments will be tight and the possiblity of pulling or tearing sumthing is high. Also, you need to eat before long because you need to give your body back what you've taken away. Such as good carbohydrates and protein. Protein shakes, Breakfast w/ meat and eggs maybe, milk with a little chocolate syrup, and lots of water for the sweat you have lost.

Nature has made provision to send signals to your brain for hunger, sleep, pain, pleasure etc. After you work out, wait for the hunger and sleep signals and act accordingly....

anything over fifteen minutes of relaxation is not suggested after a workout
