Why do i feel so lazy all the time?!

Question: I used to wake up early and run a mile and have energy the rest of the day to play outside with my nephew. But lately i fell very lazy and tired, and I find myself eating more too. I wont even make time to read anymore, I just watch TV instead.
Why am i like this and what should i do?

i can be your age. if you are going through puberty then this may be normal. however if you arent (or even if you are for that matter) you should try to start running again. When you exercise it gives you more energy but if you dont then your desire to workout drops and thus you wil find yourself on the couch more and more.
This may also be caused by stress. If so i suggest get a good nights sleep, workout more (running releaves stress) and try cutting your food intake. Ask yourself if you are really hungry or just eating because you are bored/stressed.
Sometimes when you think you are hungry, you may actually just be thirsty. Drink a lot of water, this will make cravings go away and help you feel more energized.
Basically i suggest you drink more water, slowly get yourself on somesort of routine (e.g. sleeping, eating, time for relaxation, workout time, homework/work etc.) This will help you focus on not feeling bored and keep your mind off the fridge. Also get yourself back into the swing of exercising. maybe run ten minutes the first day, then twenty the next etc.

me 2

same here. everytime i think about exercising i get sleepy...lol

You could be depressed or, if you live in a part of the country that has winter, you could have the seasonal blues. The only thing you can do really is get a little more sleep, eat a little healther (fruits, veggies and anything unproccessed) will bring up your energy levels. Once you see that happening, start your exercise again at a level your comfortable with.

Just do the opposite of what you feel like doing. You'll feel better.

Dont give up running. Consume a lot of water as much as u can. This will really do good. Then do regular warm ups early morning. Continue this for 48 days to see a bit change in u. Check out the website here for more tips.
