Toning your body?!?!


Question: Okay so, i want to have a 'toned' body by summer.
So like in 3 months if possible?
im currently 96 lbs and 5 feet tall.
so around average.
but i want my body to be toned,
cause right now its not.
i go to the gym, but im not sure
what i should do there to tone my body
up.
how many times should i be going? for how long..? :S

I'm pretty sure the first answer meant a week, not day. To tone up, cardio is the best thing. If you have any fat around your muscles, that will be gone. It won't be too hard for you since you are thin. Do strength training. Do lots of crunches, reverse crunches, and other ab workouts. Swimming is an all-body workout. Or why not doing a sport? It will be fun and you will be getting toned. Good luck!

you should about 3 or 4 times a day
and spend at least an hour there each time. more if you'd like though

go to gym 4 to 5 times a week max
some pointers:
1)u shoould have a rest day between workouts.then only muscles will get relaxed and ur body will los weight.
2)do weight training for a toned figure.
3)try to do a variety of cardio.doing the same workout will not work wonders
4)try to eat right.
5)drink lots of water.

the above will def work.trust me!

Try some resistance training.

at least 2 times a week and each trip should last at least 30 mins
i suggest 3-4 times a week an hour each time though
but it is really important that u dont overdo it. its never good to work out too much
