swimining....playin football 4 like hourz..!!!

i can lose weight easily but i wont. for one thing i have lost like 40 or 50 pounds in like 6 months just from going vegetiterian and i like my meat too much to do that. so if you can run and make a decent diet it really isnt that hard

it took me 2 weeks
i worked out each day
none was really hard
and yes i have kept it off

i lost 26 pounds in two months doing the special k diet. i stuck to it with the meal bars. i am still steadily losing about a pound or two a week although i haven't been following the diet as strictly as i had been. if you stay active it stays off. I went off the diet for about a month and did not regain any of the weight. losing 40 is my goal so i am almost there good luck and i hope this helps.

I lost 105 lbs
I had gastric bypass
the hardest thing about it was relearning how to eat properly
I lost it in 10 months
I have gained about 20 back over the last two years of the three since I had the surgery. Bad eating habits are hard to break, and gastric bypass is certainly not a permanent fix to the problem, nor is it taking the easy way out, I can still put away twice the calories I should if I am not careful, so every day is a challenge, just like everyone else. I get hungry just like before, I gain weight just like before. The temptations are still everywhere, but gastric bypass gave me a head start and I will not stop working at keeping my weight down.
