About how many calories.?!


Question: I went on a mini binge right now. I know you can't gove me the exact amount of how much I just had but a ball point figure would be nice.

1 bowl of a mixture of shredded wheats, and a quacker oatmeal packet (100 cal pack) With light soy milk. 6 oreos. about 8 ritz crackers and a small bowl of organic non buettered popcorn. I also had one vegan pancake with a little bit of syrup. Along with an apple and about 20 triscuits.


AROUND how much. I am going to excersize soon. :)

1 bowl shredded wheats (according to a box, "one bowl" is about 1 cup [usually]....when people pour a bowl of cereal, they usually pour about 2-3 cups [making the caloric total MUCH higher....however, because I don't know how much you ate, and, b/c shredded wheat is bigger than most cereals, I'm going to go by a "serving size" according to the box):167 calories
oatmeal packet: 100 calories
lite soy milk (again, I'll assume a serving size of 1/2 cup): 90
6 oreos: 330
8 Ritz crackers: 140
popcorn (3/4 cup??): 60
pancake: 120
syrup: 80 (unless it's "lite" syrup.....then it would be much lower...otherwise the sugar really does you in, calorie-wise)
apple: 60
20 triscuits: 320

TOTAL: 1467

110 to 200 calories

go to calorieking.com and calculate yourself what you ate. it'll keep you busy and will make you take accountability.

you roughly ate around 600-700 calories. those oreos did you in.
