How can I stay fit?!


Question: I'm 14, girl, 5'3" and i went to the doctor a few months ago, they said i weighed 98lbs. so apparently i LOST weight, cause i weighed 103lbs. and i eat and eat and i dont gain ANY weight. help me stay in fit? :]

My daughter is 5' 4" and only weighed 100 pounds for the Longest! I was worried about that. But she is 18 now and weighs 115 pounds! It is your Metabolism!! Try to eat snacks between meals and you will put on some weight. That is what she did and it worked for her. She has a very fast metabolism rate, but we don't worry about her weight anymore.

My routine consists of working out at least 4-5 times per week. I love aerobics. Swimming too is an exercise which uses more muscle than any other workout. Water-skiing, walking, sports that you might like, taking the stairs instead of the elevator, taking the long way around a big store to get to the area for which you're looking, bicycle.

The youtube link is a step aerobics workout. I guarantee it'll work. I've been doing this since 1980. The one shown is an advanced level but if you search youtube you'll find one that's "beginner" and you'll see that it's easy.

This is the best workout I've ever had and it toned my body to the max.
