How much will i lose if...?!


Question: ok so im going on vacation in about a week and want to lose a little more weight so i can wear a bathing suit and not look like a cow! if i eat 500 calories a day and burn 2000 (yes i know that is a lot and will take like 2 hours- i go on the treadmil at 10 incline and 4.7 spped and it takes 30 mins to burn 500) how much will i lose? im only going to do this for 6 days so it wont effect my body too much. i usually eat around 1000 take or give a hundred and burn 1200 a day so im use to being hungry and working out a lot. oh and im 14 and 4'11'' and around 110 lbs. thanks everyone!

Honey, I have sooo been there! I'll be honest with you - it's just not gonna be worth it for you to practically kill yourself on the treadmill for the next 6 days only to lose MAYBE 2 or 3 pounds. And then, the first day you're on vacation you will probably gain it all back because YOU'RE ON VACATION!

Try wearing your bathing suit around your house as often as possible before you go so you can get used to how you feel in it just the way you are! You are beautiful and healthy and lucky to be going on vacation! Don't stress unnecessarily. It's just not worth it.

i will be totally inspied if you can burn 2000 calories in two hours...

i bet you'll lose atleast like 4 pounds.

You can't burn 2000 calories if you only have 500 in you. It is a stupid idea. You will have no energy and you will get fatter.

thats a horrible way to lose weight...not only is it unhealthy, it wont work. Those fast diets lose weight initially, but you will gain it back plus probably more when you eat normally
