How to beef up lower arms/wrists?!

Eat alot of protean. And lift weights. But dont just focus on your forearms, generally do your whole arms or a full body work out but mainly focusing on your forearms. Also do squats and work on your quads, because it promotes natural testosterone and helps you get bigger. A Type of forearm work out would be wrist curls with dumbells. It may not seem like your doing much, but you will feel it. Do 4 Sets of 7-10 Reps, you should be having muscle failure near the last couple reps to see results.

Tip: Dont overtrain as in give 48 hours for your muscles to repair and build new muscles since when you are lifting weights you as tearing the muscle. If you dont allow your muscles to heal, your forearms will not progress as much!

a powerball. A powerball is great for working that area, and also fun, you can get different resistances once you work up your arms. They start at a good price too and are available from lots of places!

and standard upper body exercise generally puts pressure on forearms so you should get some help from dumbells, pullups pushups dips etc.

You can also get something like a powerball for your wrists
