yep.....between eating healthy and light working out I've gone from a size 10 to a size 6 in two months and im still taking it so i'm still losing weight. The only thing that really sucks is the cotton mouth....drink lots of water and Gatorade helps a lot too. It's totally worth it, besides what are you going to lose if it doesn't? Everyone I know that has tried it had lost about 10 - 15lbs. You'll be happy...TRUST ME :)
