ha i do the same thing you do, im 17 too haha, i usually get home from school then work out and ill be back home and showered at around 6:30 after that i dont want to do anything else haha..just lay there or go hang out....i usually figure that im not really doing anything on the net so i just decide to do my homework while listening to music or soemthing it feels good when i get it done though....less to worry about the next day.....i think you should do your homework in between the day when ur not really doing anything thats what i do and it works lol

homework BEFORE gym then you won't be too tired to study ;)

I go to college so it may be different- I only have one class mondays so its easy to find time but as for the rest of the week it usually goes like this:
9:30-3:30- class
3:30-5:30- homework/ nap
5:30-:6:30- dinner
6:30-9:30- work
9:30-11- gym
Keep in mind if you workout hard within 3 hrs of trying to sleep it will be hard to fall asleep
-Not a problem for me cause i go to bed around 3 am.

I'm a nutritionist and first let me say that your school work should be done first and then concentrate on your exercise. You don't need to go to a gym to have a workout. Riding your bike to and from school is all the cardio you need each day. Go home, do your homework and you've already had your cardio on your bike. That way you can have a snack, then 1/2 an hour later do some weight resistance at home if you choose to. You can do lunges, squats, push ups, sit ups etc that builds muscle without going to the gym. You'll save yourself time and money. Use anything at home as weights. Just set this time aside each day after homework so that you stick to it.
