How should I warm up and what should I stretch before doing sit ups?!

Question: Stretching is veryyy important, it keeps you from getting injured and it slightly tears your muscle fibers so that when you lift weights and stuff it will work them better and help you pump more and since you tore them eat protein after yourworkout to build your muscle back up, do this and you'll keep getting stronger, do a 10 minute warmup on the treadmill pre-workout and a 10 minute cool down after your workout, the cool down is important because it prevents "blood pooling" which is bad for your heart and makes you sore

You don't really need to stretch when doing situps as long as your back isn't stiff or anything.
