How much milk should i drink (and what type - semi skimmed, full fat, skimmed) f!

Question: I used to have beautifull nails and now due to stress and exams i have bitten them all away. AAAAhhhh!

sO I am acutally wondering how much milk i should drink , i have also noticed that well for me personally, they grow an extra little bit before lunch time between 12-1/2pm in afternoon, is this so??
