Need to loose weight!!!!?!


Question: im am 12 and i need to loose weight help!!!!! i tried dieting but...well it didnt realy work.... i weigh around 130pounds should i try pills or should i stop eating???HELP!!!!

Allie P... Please listen to me. I do not know how tall you are, however 130 lbs is not bad. You should not try pills or stop eating.

You said you tried dieting.. well dieting is not the answer. You need to look for a lifestyle change. Do you drink soda (regular or diet)? stop. Do you eat white bread? Substitute for whole wheat. Try to incorporate more movement into your daily life.

Please do not give in to todays society of thinking you need to starve yourself or even worse take pills. I am sure you are just beautiful.

pills and stopping eating is not the way to go!
i did that,and than i came up with serious health conditions.


eat every three hours,and healthy meals,and go
take a walk or run. dont eat all that junk food kids now a days are hooked on. only in moderation!

No don't stop eating, and No don't try pills. Neither one is healthy! You didn't say how tall you are.. but 130 doesn't sound very big.. my doctor gave me a chart: It says if you are
4'10" you should weight between 118-131 pounds, and the taller you are, the higher the weight range. So unless you are SHORTER than 4'10", you should not be losing weight.

first off you're still young and you need
all the nutrients you can get to grow
taller. I need to know your height. but
if you're unhappy about yourself avoid
junk food and soft drinks. try excerzing
with a buddy. it's much more fun! go
to your doctor and he/she will know
what to recommend! love your self

I wish I weighed 130 again. Well, I think you need to get into activities like swimming, hip hop dancing, etc. All you need to do is get away from sodas, fat snacks, Mc Donalds, etc.

Honey, just so you know, the word is lose, not loose. You want to lose weight, not loose weight.

(If your shoelaces aren't tied very tight, they are probably loose.)
