What am i doing wrong???!

Question: so i've been trying to slim down and tone up really nice for swimsuit season, and for the simple fact that i feel a little flabby.

ive been exercising for about 30 minutes a day and cut my calories back to about 1200 a day.
ive never been one to exercise either, so i actually developed a pretty good amount of tone compared to before during these past two weeks that ive been doing this. the only problem is, i haven't shrunken in size. i haven't lost any of my body fat, ive only gained muscle.
im a size 5 in juniors, and i want to get down to a size 1.
im 18, my bmi is 18.5, im 5'8... but my body fat percentage is 21.
any ideas how i can do this?
help?

pinch your stomach. more than one inch its fat. if so, DO CARDIO. running and dancing. 30 min a day is greatt. mix it up too. DO NOT GO ON A LOW CARB DIET GOD **** IT!!! please, go on my profile, look at my answers in the diet and fitness. everytime you eat, your brain releases uh well just go on my site. PLEASE.

realize you're beautiful just the way you are. quit measuring your body esteem from negatives and realize the positives. Without ever even seeing you, I know you're perfect just the way you are. Because the secret is, we all are; we just can't stop believing we aren't .

willem

You haven't lost body fat because it sounds like you don't have anymore to healthily lose! You're going a little too extreme here. Keep toning, don't try to lose anymore weight.
