I need help with weight problems?!


Question: I realy am depressed about myself and getting so sick of myself beause of my image. im 5'7 and weigh like 190 pounds or so =( i do not like it at all! I also have a big bone structure ( like wide sholders) I need a diet realy bad, a problem that i have is that i dont like vegtables i prety much gag when i try to eat them. I like some fruit like strawberries and rasberries ect.. but really im confused on what to eat now. so i pretty much eat whatever i want in the house whenever i want. I dont have many active activites i mostly like to sit on my *** lol, like I paint and stuff..in the summer i swim but only when no ones around cause i get to embarassd so if you got any ideas please help!?

cuz im lke that.. im 5'7 and like 180 pounds..
what i can say to u is..
excercise.. cuz i know it works..
during the vlleyball season i lost like 20 pounds and that was only 2 months.. i also recommend u to do sit ups.. sometimes i do 200.. lol.. but i get lazy most of the days.. n dont even star..
i think that the food is not the problem.. cuz u need food.. the excercise is the best option cuz.. it keeps u metabolism faster.. =]

hey.. ok first of all start exercising! if u do enough it should rule out the bad food. if you dont like veges try frozen veges or other sorts.. you need to eat them.. eat lots of fruit, rice, veges and water.. if u want to lose weight u have to stick to what u eat! its screws your body if your on and off diets.. good luck

You are not alone.
However, I don't think you should be embarrassed about your body, no matter how 'big' you may think you are. It's only a perception, and others do not necessarily think that of you.

theres a book called "body for life" by bill phillips....get the original one on amazon for a few bucks and read it thru. it will really motivate and teach you how to change your habits. diets dont work....you have to change your lifestyle. its not easy, but you can do it and its worth it when you do. i wasnt exited about fruit and vegies either...but after about a week ...youll grow to like them more than you thought possible. after a few more weeks...youll wonder how you ate all the fatty crap that your eating now...lol.

the secret is ...you have to want it more than anything else...and you cant ever give up..never...99% of people give up literally days before they woulda seen big improvements. you can message me with questions if yo want
