Maximuscle Cyclone?!


Question: I'm about to start a course of Maximuscle Cyclone, however I'm unsure how much to take. The tub says take it twice a day, however I know some people that use it and they say they only have it once a day, after work outs.

Twice a day does seem quite excessive considering I've not used this type of supplement before, unless of course I work out twice a day?!!

Any advice greatly appreciated!

There are different ways to take Cyclone - but don't workout twice a day!

The classic 'bulk-up' method would be the double serving approach (7 days a week - even on 2-3 rest days per week). This isn't a long term strategy - it's designed to be used for rapid short-term growth (such as 4 weeks). On your weights days, take 1 of the servings 1/2 hour pre-gym, and the second immediately afterwards. On rest days, take one in the morning and one mid-afternoon.

If you don't want to use it like this, just use it on workout days. You'll get good results taking it just after training, but you'll get the best results taking it both before and after training (that's what the latest training research into carb and protein drinks indicates is best).

I suggest trying the full dose for 4 weeks and then switch to before and after training. Remember that you need to be eating 5-6 healthy meals/snacks per day, lifting heavy weights (such as squats, deadlifts, chins, bench, shoulder press) and you simply must progress your weights in every session. Don't overdo the cardio, hit the gym for 40-60 mins hard and have 2-3 rest days per week. No supplement will help unless you have these factors in place, but however you take cyclone , it should help your recovery and strength progression - and then subsequently your muscle growth.

i take it everyday an hour before training and within thirty mins after training its very expensive try useing phd look it up you get far more for your money and it works good luck
