Heartburn while losing weight?!

Question: I have been losing weight and just started getting heartburn/indigestion again. I had it a year ago before I lost my 15-20 lbs. and it's coming back. Aren't digestive probs like that assosciated with over eating???? Cause I've been eating less???

Sometimes when you lose weight quickly, you can get such problems like heartburn, gerd, or gallbladder issues,
keep a food journal of what you eat and when you get the digestive problems,
And avoid any foods you may think get you that way after you review the food journal, keep in mind spicy, acidic, caffeinated, greasy, fried and fatty foods, will ussually set you off, after you keep the food journal, you might even find out you could be allergic to dairy or something else,
remember the average persons allergies change about every seven years, and as we get older we have to just watch what we eat,
take me for instance I dont eat dairy or Garlic I suffer way to much, so I avoid it,
try several small meals and DONT drink liquids while eating try to drink half an hour before or 45 min. after a meal
or try sticking to an alkaline diet check out alkaline(good) and acidic(bad) foods online here is a link to a food chart check it out its really helped me alot , good luck

you are eating less, and yes that will cause indigestion b/c there is nothing to digest

you should lose weight hte healthy way
watch what you eat, not to eat less
exercise (eating will bring nutrients in your body and that's needed for working out)

that's why tons of ppl have health problems when they lose weight, once they start eating normal again their body gains back all the weight they lost when they starved themselves
