When should you eat protein bars?!


Question: before or after you work out? And if the answer is yes, how long before you work out should you eat them? If the answer is after, how long after you workout should you wait to eat them?

Honestly there good either way you take them. I take a protien bar 30 mintues prior workout for a good carb and protien hit. After workout i have a protien shake blended with a banana. If you do not have 2 options and can only choose before or after, i reccommand after as the carbs will sustain you're body and the protien will give the recovery process a headstart.
PS: 30 mintues prior workout and 10 minutes after workout is good.
Now pump some iron mate! ;D

You should eat them after you work out
As soon as possible after!
Protein builds and repairs muscles cells.
So after an intense work out your muscle cells are damaged and need energy (protein in particular) to rebuild!
If you want energy before a work out the best thing are sports drinks :)

after because u dont want 2 puke it up wen ur exercising
