PLease tell me how much?!


Question: hi friends
I do weight training 5 days per week.I am 5"7,150 pounds,not plump but have a belly.I am poor.so can"t afford those protein shakes and bars.In my country we eat rice 3 times for all the 3 meals.
now my question is :how much rice should I eat for each meals so that I don"t put on fats in my belly and other areas!.Can you give me the quantity in such a way so that i can understand and i can"t understand grams or something like that!
Any advice for me regarding my nutrirtion.

i handfull/scoop of cooked rice is enough...make sure you take more vege and fruits...limit the portion of other foods(trust me, you can take 3 or 4 teaspoons of dark chocolate ice-cream daily and still lose weight!)try to incorporate yoga/pilates poses which focus on the belly area..otherwise you are already doing great with your workout...keep up the efforts and never lose confidence ok?Good luck..

I'd say about a cup, rice is healthy for you, and ya know protein shakes never worked for me. If you build some lean muscle you'll burn fat when your not doing anything. I'm sorry you have to eat rice everyday :( I truly wish you had it better!

Rice is really good for you if you wanna like build muscle n stuff like that because its gives you energy like pasta, if your building muscle then you should eat almonds there good for body building.
