Can't stop this habit of eating??!


Question: For a few weeks, i have this tendency to eat, when i'm hungry and when i'm not. I don't know why though, i'm not sure if i'm craving for something or so. BUt like now every hour or so i feel like i have to eat. I don't know why. I want to stop it. I already ate a lot before and now i feel like eating, and i can't stop it. How do i stop it? I'm not overweight or anything, but i feel like my tummy is getting larger, and it was pretty well shaped, not i feel so stuffed....

A couple of suggestions...when you feel hungry make yourself wait 20 min to eat, and see if your still hungry after 20 min. Or drink a glass of cold water or green tea before you eat. Also try eating small meals throughout the day so you can eat 5 or 6 times rather than 3

Drinking water will help. You are eating out of boredom possibly. go for a walk.
you may be de-hydrated. i suggest whenever you feel hungry, drink a glass of water. then see if you still feel hungry after that.
make sure you are eating lean meats, veggies, fruits and whole grains, eating clean and healthy will make you feel full so that you dont binge out on junk food

Could you be pregnant? That will cause cravings, particularly with food.
