Can I lose weight just by reducing my intake of Carbohydates?!
Question: do you think i could lose some weight JUST by not eating them or only minimal like once every few days
i have a fairly balanced diet otherwise i eat lots of fruit and vegetables and quorn and am pretty sure i am about 6lbs overwight because of all the carbs i have
also can you give me a list of carbs so im not accidentally eating them without realising? Thanks!!

Yes i think you could.
You need to avoid:
bread
potatoes
pasta
rice
cheese
some cereal
biscuits
chocolate
red meat
you could cut out foods with a high fat content too especially dairy proucts
