Yes, but you really shouldn't drink too much whole milk. Try 2%, 1% or Skim. If you don't like skim milk at first, you will eventually get used to it. You could also ease into it with the low fat milks VS fat free.

Yes, esspecially if you're young. (or kinda old) It has calcium which helps your bones grow. TRUST me. YOU NEED IT. I was like the best at Gym Class, then I stopped drinking it. I was so bad I became the last to usually be picked.

yes it is but if you dont like it much just try to take it with other cereals but its very healthy!

there are things that are better than milk than provide you with vitamin d and calcium like almonds, they have more calcium than 1 cup of milk in each serving!!!
