Sooo am i fat???!


Question: ok i am 13 and 5'4 1/2. my scale at home is not right but i am pretty sure i am about 113 pounds cuz w/ clothes i am 117 and clothes add 4 pounds. i am very tall looking with long legs. i am soooo curvy though with my huge hips. how can i lose weight????? i am sooo healthy and i cant eat a sweet w/out then exercising. i exercise every day

I'm jealous! You don't need to lose weight and you are certainly not fat! I'm the same as your weight but like 3 inches shorter, how about that!! your BMI is very good and healthy, GREAT I LOVE IT that you eat healthily and keep it on! just increse your exercise 10 minutes more or on the days you dont exercise do 10 minutes of good exercise and drink 4 cups of green tea a day

Well with your height and age your weight seems pretty normal to me, I think your doing a good job staying healthy. I wouldn't suggest losing weight. Your body sounds perfect to me. Don't change anything. These days everything should be about HEALTH! No how your body looks.
Don't lose any weight and just stay healthy and everything will be fine.

You're relatively thin for a girl who's 5'4". You're supposed to be around 120-130. Having big hips might be genetic and there's little you can do about it.

lol isn't it fatty foods you should exercise after eating rather than sweet food?

and why are girls so worried about their weight?

you have your weight wrong. clothing shouldnt add that many pounds. but you arent fat. to lose extra unwanted fat you should start running every day
