jogging/running is the best way to keep weight off.. so if that is what you want to to do.. I encourage you to do it. I love to run :)

Yes, jog. It's not the best thing, but it works your other muscles too. I recommend sit-ups and crunches. Gymnastics is also a good way to build muscle instead of fat. It seems kind of weird, but hula hooping is a good excercise too. You are moving your hips and stomach muscle, which burns calories in a fun way.
Tip: listen to music while excercising. It makes time fly.

Jog, swim, jump, dance, do yoga, aerobics, what ever it takes, as long as you like what you are doing? It will be easier for you to lose if you like the exercise. Just go for it, Just do it.
