How can I increase my deadlift?!

On your leg days really concentrate on deep squats to strengthen your legs. Also on leg days start doing Romanian deadlifts (aka straight leg deadlifts). This will help strengthen your back.
On your back days, add bent over rows into your routine. Your torso should be between a 0-45 degree angle, arms holding the weight hanging down, you raise the bar to your belly button.
These are accessory workouts, be sure to put them at opposite ends of the week so your muscles recover.
Now for the actual deadlift. Try doing pyramids.
My typical deadlift routine:
135x20
225x15
315x10
365x6-8
405x4-6 (x2)
435x1
455x1
475x1
Add weight and drop reps every set, go to total fatigue each set, and always be sure to use a belt. You can also try doing sumo deadlift. My back was messed up but since I started going sumo, I have seen a drastic increase in weight and a decrease in back pain. Look up 'sumo deadlift' on youtube for the form.

Quick question, is there a reasonable reason why both me and the first poster got a thumbs down? Both of us have valid, tested answers, why not man up and give us an argument.

deadlifts are a fundemental exercise for your core body strength. if you hit a rut, it usually means you aren't eating enough food. increase your calorie consumption by 500 cals, and everytime you deadlift, add 2.5-5 lbs. it might not seem like a lot, but if you do it once a week, that transelates to 125-250 lbs per year. ofcourse, no one can gain at that rate, but it will improve your strength.

you should also focus on heavy squats. your legs play a role in deadlifting, and your back plays a role in squats.

hope that helps
